In October 2021, LAG Lider Cluj organized a study visit within the cooperation project “Experience of the 4 seasons – Gastronomic tourism in rural areas” (Food Derby) where all project partners participated. During the study visit we organized the gastronomic workshop held by Cristian Valentin Cismaru from the My Transylvania Association, which addressed various aspects related to the organization of gastronomic events for their adaptation in the local context.

The gastronomic event was held by chef Horia Simon from the Transylvanian Gastronomic Club who prepared a cauldron with mutton and bulz with grilled mutton.

During the event there was also a wine tasting held by sommelier Demian Razvan. He served selected varieties of wine from Crama La Salina.

Last but not least, we are proud to say that for this studio visit we managed to fully use local products from the territory.
