We were the hosts of our Romanian and Finnish partners in the cooperation project named The Experience of The Four Seasons (Food Derby).
As scheduled, we discussed about the fauna and flora of the mountain areas in our territory. But also, about the local gastronomy and the Bistrița’s County touristic potential. We had Claudiu Iușan among us, biologist and engineer, and his presence was really engaging mainly because of the passionate way in which he spoke about our territory. The audience was captivated and the atmosphere was warm and open to a productive dialogue.
There were also practical activities, we cooked and tasted some wonderful recipes with mushrooms, we made traditional pies with cheese and last but not the least we started a barbeque fire. In the evening we even sang, both Romanians and the Finnish. Let’s not forget about the amazing nature that surrounds the Clarisia Pension and the fact that we had time to take a long walk in the forest and to admire the view from above.
